The first page of the Client Intake Form PDF is meant for your firm's cover page. If you have one, you should attach it to the document before giving it to your client(s). BK Processor will design a custom cover page for you at your request.

What Happens Next?

1. We begin to input data and draft a bankruptcy petition within 24 hours.
2. The initial draft of the bankruptcy petition is emailed to you in PDF format.
3. You review the petition and make any corrections as necessary.
4. BK Processor prepares the final (court-ready) version of the bankruptcy petition.
5. Provided that your local bankruptcy court supports electronic filling, BK Processor will electronically file the petition for you at no additional charge.
6. You receive an invoice from BK Processor, due within 30 days
